The primary function of baramundi perform2work (formerly Argus Experience) is the monitoring of relevant experience data. This involves data from the experiences and applications of the end users. For this purpose, objective device information is compared with subjective end user experiences. Clear dashboards provide IT administrators with a visualization of current and historical data from which trends can be derived. Administrators have a constant overview of program hangs and crashes and can proactively counteract them (even before a support ticket is opened). Anomalies can also be analyzed retrospectively and assigned to the respective support tickets of the end users. A clear scoring also enables an objective evaluation and benchmark of the results.

Software management in baramundi perform2work
The baramundi perform2work package management uses the Microsoft App Installer („WinGet“) for the installation of software. Among other things, the perform2work package catalog uses the Microsoft WinGet Community Repository. The packages it contains are synchronized once a day and added to the perform2work catalog. A security check is then carried out. If a package version fails this check, we do not include it as an update or installation in our package catalog. The packages are downloaded by each endpoint individually and directly from the source specified in the package (usually the website of the respective publisher).
